Online Bill Pay (PremierPay) Changes Effective January 31, 2007
You now access your online Bill Pay service from within the new PremierOnline account access service. You will no longer log into your online Bill Pay from the PremierPay Login button located on the home page of our web site, www.PremierCU.org.
- To access your online Bill Pay, log into the new PremierOnline service from the PremierOnline Login button located on the home page of our web site, www.PremierCU.org, and click on the "Pay Bills" button once you are logged into the site.
- Login instructions were provided with December statements.
- If you are a current PremierOnline account access user, your password to the new PremierOnline will not change. If you are not currently a PremierOnline account access user, your password will be your Social Security Number with no dashes or spaces.
- All your current online Bill Pay Payees and Scheduled Payments will be in your new PremierOnline account access service under the "Pay Bills" button. Although we have taken every measure to ensure the accuracy of this conversion, we highly recommend you review your payees and scheduled payments in the new PremierOnline.
Paying your bills online using the new PremierOnline service will be very similar to how you pay your bills online today with one exception. The difference will be in how you schedule your payments.
- In the old PremierPay, you scheduled a payment based on the Due Date (the date you wanted your payee to receive your payment) and a resulting Process Date (the date the money came out of your account) was automatically calculated based on the Due date you picked.
- In the new PremierOnline, you schedule a payment based on the day you want the money to come out of your account (the Process Date) and the day your payee receives your payment (the Due Date) is automatically calculated based on the Process Date you picked.
- The length of time between the Process Date and the Due Date have not changed; three (3) business days for an electronic payee and six (6) business days for a paper check payee.
- In the new PremierOnline bill pay service you choose when you want the money to come out of your account and allow three (3) to six (6) business days depending on whether your payment is electronic or paper to get to your payee.
We are excited to offer you one web site where you have access to your accounts, pay your bills and review your statements. We hope the convenience of accessing everything from one site makes your online experience with Premier Credit Union easier.
