Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
Premier Credit Union is pleased to announce a partnership with The Hartford Financial Services Group to provide Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance to our credit union members. Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance provides coverage in the event of an accident resulting in death or dismemberment of the insured member.
Premier Credit Union is providing $1000 of complimentary coverage at no cost to members age 18 or older, and members are eligible to purchase up to $300,000 in additional coverage at low group rates. There are no health questions or medical exams required.

Enroll for AD&D insurance by responding to the mailing you will receive in early May of 2008, or by calling our Plan Administrator at The Hartford Financial Services Group at 1-800-860-7182 weekdays, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., CST.
