Member Service Supervisor Position

Premier Credit Union is seeking an outgoing, energetic, problem solving individual, who works well within a team environment, and is willing to make a meaningful difference in the financial lives of our members. We are looking for a full – time Member Service Supervisor that has strong member service skills, outstanding communication, attention to detail and the ability to motivate and coach a team.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing quality member service to our members
• Promoting Premier Credit Union’s products and services
• Motivate a team to perform at a high level
• Coach a team to promote Premier Credit Union’s products and services
• Conducting daily routine transactions such as deposits and withdrawals on accounts 

Knowledge & Skills:

• 1+ year in a supervisory role
• Capable of handling confidential/private information
• Computer skills and ability to use standard office equipment
• Exceptional member service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality
